The aim of the project is to provide specialized support for migration to a “data-driven” organization, and consists of: capturing data, data preparation and analyzing data through interactive dashboards. The platform selected for data analysis is Tableau, the gold standard in self-service analytics, an 8-year BI leader according to Gartner.

Now, having a single source of truth, dozens of executives analyze their business data in real time, and the need to address IT or finance to obtain data is a thing of the past.
