DAAC System Integrator and Cisco have organized the conference “Cisco Day 2016”

On the 3^rd of November DAAC System Integrator in collaboration with Cisco have organized the conference “Cisco Day 2016”, which was attended by more than 50 representatives of the leading Moldovan companies.

Topics of this year conference were information security and unified communications. Igor Sukaylo introduced Cisco solutions for video conferences and Volodymyr Ilibman presented protection techniques against targeted attacks on information systems and new generation Cisco products for the protection of organization perimeter.

Andrei Sorochin, Chief Information Security Officer at DAAC System Integrator, familiarized the audience with the trends in cyber-attacks and techniques of social engineering. During the presentation, Andrei accentuated the importance of increasing literacy of staff in the area of cyber security, as provision of information and training will significantly decrease the risk of cyber attacks.

Informative part of the event was complemented by demo zone, where participants could verify the features of Cisco equipment for video conferencing.

Thereafter, the guests had the opportunity to address their questions to the speakers and to exchange opinions with colleagues in less formal atmosphere.
